Download & Install (Single-users)

This information applies to those downloading Single-user software. Members please see this page.

To download and install the software please follow these steps:
 
1.     Go to this page of our web site. Provide as much or as little information as you want and then click on "SEND" to go to the downloads page. Select the most recent PC-Convey version.
2.     Uninstall any previous versions of PC-Convey, then right-click on the downloaded file and select “Run as Administrator”. If you see the message “Windows protected your PC” select “More info” and then “Run anyway”.
3.     Follow the prompts within the Installer.
4.     If you have purchased a Licence, to Register the software select "Help\Register Product" in PC-Convey and then "Copy Installation Code to Clipboard".
5.     Use the link on that screen to send us the Installation Code. (Use CTRL-V to paste the Installation Code into the "Installation Code" box.) We will send back the Registration Code (almost always within 24 hours).
6.     Select "Help\Register Product in PC-Convey", enter the Registration Code and then select "Register Program". On the next screen set your Company name. (This can be changed later using "Help\Set/Change Compant Name" within PC-Convey.)
 
Please note that PC-Convey requires read/write access to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Integrity Software" folder and sub-folders. Instructions on how to do this, including screen shots, is available at this page of our web site.
