What does an Annual Maintenance Agreement include?
An AMA entitles you to upgrades with new features and/or bug fixes that MAY be released during the 12 months following the date of purchase, as well as priority e-mail technical support.

If I purchase an AMA, am I guaranteed to receive an upgrade?

You will receive an upgrade if one is released during the 12 month period following the purchase of your AMA. Since AMAs have been available we have released an upgrade each year except for 2014. From 2014 to 2017, when Version 12.0B was released, we extended those AMAs until Version 12B was released.

What if I don't have an Annual Maintenance Agreement?

You will need to pay a cost per license to upgrade to the latest version to obtain new features and/or bug fixes.

Our office has 3 single-user licenses - how many AMAs do we need?

You will need one AMA for each license.
