Annual Maintenance Agreement
What does an Annual Maintenance Agreement include?
Customers with a current PC-Convey AMA will receive upgrades released in the 12 month period following the purchase of the AMA. If no upgrade is released during that period the AMA will be extended at no extra cost until an upgrade is released. An AMA also entitles you to priority e-mail technical support.
If I purchase an AMA, am I guaranteed to receive an upgrade?
You will receive an upgrade if one is released during the 12 month period following the purchase of your AMA. If no upgrade is released your AMA will be extended at no extra cost until an upgrade is released.
What if I don't have an Annual Maintenance Agreement?
You will need to pay a cost per license to upgrade to the latest version to obtain new features and/or bug fixes.
Our office has 3 single-user licenses - how many AMAs do we need?
You will need one AMA for each license.
