Download & Install (Members)

This information applies only to Members downloading software from their Member's page. For others please see this page.

To download the software please follow these steps.

1. Select your Member Number (this will have been provided in an e-mail, or you can contact us (support@integritysoftware.com.au).

2. Enter your User name and password, then click "Log in". These will have been provided in an email, or you can contact us (support@integritysoftware.com.au).

3. Click on the relevant file to download it

You may see a message like one of these:
To download the file, right-click on the message and select "Keep":
Next click on "Keep anyway":
Right-click once more and select "Keep":
Finally, right-click on the down arrow of "Delete" and select "Keep anyway":
This renames the file in Downloads from something like "Unconfirmed 70089.crdownload" ...
... to the expected name ...

To install the software:

  1. Uninstall previous versions of PC-Convey

  2. After downloading the above file, right-click on it and select "Run as Administrator" and then "Yes"

  3. If you see the message "Windows protected your PC" select "More Info" and then "Run anyway" to install the software.

PC-Convey requires read/write access to the Program Files (x86)\Integrity Software\PC-Convey folder and sub-folders. For help with this, including screen shots of the required steps, please see this link.
